Last week on a Connecticut hike we had to walk under an acre of plastic tubing connecting tree to tree. Still, it is a bad year for sap collecting in this state. It’s been a warm winter.
This is just such a wonder… the idea that someone, eons ago, figured out the wonder that is the Maple Tree… well, it just is so amazing! I love seeing all those lovely tap lines!
